Voice Recorder ISD1820 stays in permanent loop with micro:bit

"I'm using the HUSKYLENS Study Pack for micro:bit and facing a problem with the voice recorder module. The HUSKYLENS (I2C) works fine, and the module records/plays sound correctly. But the sound loops endlessly, even when a button is programmed to set the pin to 0. I tried different pins to connect the voice recorder module, tried to switch modules, shields, cables, micro:bits and shields and still the problem remains.

Can anyone help me?
