DFR0290 RLY-8-RS485 8 Relay Controller Not Recognized via Ethernet or RS485 Connection

I am currently trying to connect the DFR0290 RLY-8-RS485 8 Relay Controller to my PC using both Ethernet and RS485, but the device is not being recognized.

I followed the instructions provided in the manual, including installing the USB driver and setting a static IP.

However, when I try to ping the default IP (e.g., 192.168.1.10) or scan the network using an IP scanner, the relay controller does not appear.

It also does not show up in the device list within your provided Windows software.

I have disabled the firewall and even tried using a different laptop, but the result was the same — the device is not detected.

Is there anything else I can try to further troubleshoot this issue?
