DF2301QG gravity offline voice recognition module

Dear DFRobot Technical Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently ordered the DFRobot Gravity Voice Recognition Module DF2301QG V1.0 from Evelta Electronics (India). I received the module on 16th April 2025, but unfortunately, it is not functioning properly.

Here are the details of the issue:

Issue Description:

When I first tested the module, I powered it with 3.3V from an Arduino Nano, but the red power LED on the module did not turn on. Then I tried supplying 4.1V, but still, the module did not power up — no LED or response at all. It seems completely non-functional.

I have contacted Evelta regarding this, and they suggested I reach out to your team for confirmation. Kindly help me identify whether the module is faulty. If required, I can share additional images or videos of the setup and issue.
