hi guys, difference between Omron G5LA and JQC-3FF relays?? ???

the JQC-3FF relays is used in product DFR0017 and has out1,out2,nc,in

the omron g5la is used in this module http://www.yerobot.com/shop/sensors/relay-module-arduino-compatible.html and has out +- and in +-..

do the modules do the same thing just with a different relay? as i cant seem to find the dfroo17 module at my normal hunting grounds.. if yes or no they are the same module, can i still use this http://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php?title=Tutorial:_DFR0017_V2_Relay

thanks for your time :)

Actually the negative posts are connected together. You may use them if you like, but otherwise you can just connect one wire from the +in to +out. Much the same as the JQC-3FF relay.

The main difference between the two relays is just the way you connect the target device. While the new JQC-3FF only requires you to use 1 of the wires from the target device the Omron relay requires you to connect both the positive and negative leads of the device to the relay. But the logic to control it still remains the same.
