General RS232 to RS485 converter question

Good day DFROBOT community. I have a specific, simple question about product number RD-Dfr-389 that I absolutely could not find anywhere, and cant seem to find a direct contact about it.
I simply need to know if said rs232 to rs485 converter is a tri-state logic device (high, low, and high impedance). If so, I will be purchasing several of these products for a senior project at my school.
I'm not sure if this is posted in the right thread. my apologies if I posted here in error.
