Wireless Programming Module problem

Hi,
I received my Wireless Programming Kit for Arduino about two weeks ago. I managed to program one of the WPMs provided using the steps given in the video without any problem. However, when I tried to program the 2nd one using the same procedure, nothing happened. Nothing was shown in the Module Information box at all. What should I do?
By the way, I submitted this same query through the "Contact us" page on your website last Sunday 14th Aug. However, I still haven't received any response. That is the reason I join the forum to try my luck to see if I get any response. Frankly, I am quite disappointed because I thought I found a good place to source for those things that I like and for that reason, I ordered over USD400 right away from your site just two weeks ago. I still haven't test out most of the things that I brought from you. So far, I only tested out this Wireless Programming Kit and the DFRobot bluetooth module. I think I should say "luckily" that the bluetooth module seems working :(
I hope you can change my impression of your site and products.

2011-08-24 05:42:04 Hi Hector,
I just tried to configure the WPA. Same as before, it didn't show anything when I press "connect WPM". I then tried all the baud rates as you suggested and I saw the blue led blink briefly every time when I press connect. It tells me that at least it is trying to talk to the WPA. So, I exit the wireless programmer and re-run it again. This time, when I press "connect WPM", IT JUST WORK ;D No idea what caused the problem in the first place (may be the problem is on the wireless programmer?).
I just loaded a sketch using the two WPAs and they work without any problem. A simple Serial.println"Hello" example also shows up nicely in the serial terminal.
Thanks a lot Hector and my confidence with DFRobot is back :D
Just for your information, I tested out the bluetooth module with the RoMeo All-in-one controller, it worked the first time I tried it. Same to the SPI LCD module.
Cheers,
Cwlee

2011-08-23 05:37:02 Hi Hector,
Thanks. I was programming it for Duemilanove 328. I had no problem with the first one but just failed on the 2nd one. Anyway, I'll try again and follow your suggestions as well.

2011-08-22 18:13:13 Hi Cwlee,
I am glad you posted here. That is what the forum is for. Whenever you need support this should be the first place to come. The contact page is for customer service, whenever you need to make a return or check an order status this is a good place to go. When you need tech support the forum is the best place for that.
Could you please give me some more information about your problem?
I will give you some pointers to try out. But if they do not work please give me more details about your problem.
What arduino version are you trying to program them for?
What have you tried to troubleshoot the problem?
Things to double check:
1. Make sure the onboard dipswitch "1" is moved to the left position(on) there should be a blue light on.
2. make sure the correct COM port is selected in the wireless programmer.
3. make sure you have selected the correct Baud rate.
If nothing comes up on the module information box, the most likely problem is that the wrong baud rate was selected. Make sure you select the right baud rate and try to connect. You should get the current configuration to display on the right side.
Try different baud rates until something comes up.
