DFR0065 pinouts

Hi!
I recently purchased one FTDI basic breakout (DFR0065).
I need to transfer sketches for one ATmega 328 with Uno optiboot.
What pins I need connect to do this with automatic reset?
Thanks,
Sergio

I`m programing one ATMega328 with Uno optiboot in standalone mode.
I attached a capacitor between the reset pin (1) and the DTR pin of the converter, as your suggestion.
After several attempts, I had success by changing the port speed to 19200 bps.
Thank you for your help. All is working good now.

2011-12-22 22:29:24 Hi Sergio,
What kind of board are you trying to program? or just trying to program the chip it self?
If you have a diagram of your chip it should be the pin marked RESET with a line above the word
Its also labeled "PC6" on a 328P I believe its pin 29. If the device you have doesn't include one, you need to attach a 0.1 uF capacitor in series between the reset pin and the DTR pin on the FTDI
