Using DFRobot USB Host + Arduino R3 Ethernet shield

I am an Arduino noob, but I was able to get the USB Host shield working (downloaded latest library and ran the diagnostic example with an SD reader connected, then a BT dongle). So far so good.

But how do I modify the USB Host shield to work alongside (or should I say stacked on top of :) the Arduino R3 Ethernet Shield?

The product page implies that an extra 2x3 connector is included with the board:

"No more SPI re-wiring and code modifications – just solder included stackable connectors (2×3 ICSP connector’s female side should be facing down), plug and play!"

I did not receive anything other than the board, purchased from Jameco. Am I missing something?

The original usb host needs some modifications to work with Arduino Mega and Mega 2560. In this version, all the wiring is no longer required. So that is why no cable is required.
