SKU:TEL0019 doesn't send the data

When I use Serial Monitor from Arduino tools, all works fine. Arduino do receive all data.
I am afraid something with wifi shield.. Because, connecting with Putty in Raw mode I get nothing from shield.
Has any ideas about this trouble?

2012-03-12 17:57:00 I think I could force to work it. Somewhere I read that it is necessary to press 10 seconds reset, that flash the module. At me after that, settings remained, but Putty began to show the answer.
As I understood that jumper "Serial mode" switches a mode of an exchange of Arduino with shield. Respectively it should be off. qeos
