Modelisation liquid level Sensor XKC Y25

I am a french student and I buy a new liquid level sensor XKC-Y25-t1. First sorry for my english, but I have a problem, during my high-school last year I have to do a project. For this project I need a liquid level sensor and I have to model it and make measurements. But I d'ont know how to programme the sensibility with this model I know we can change it with the button SET but I need precises data. For the modelisation I don't know how to do it with scilab to have precises numbers.
