ID01 UHF RFID Module-UART SKU:TEL0082 Reading and Writing SGTIN-198 EPC Data

Hello,

So I am working on reading and writing an RFID tag using SGTIN-198.

Let's use this as an example:
My GTIN is (01) 00840682139250
My Serial Number is (21) SS418100102SP
Tag size of 198 bits and a filter value of 1

With these numbers I get an EPC number of:
363040239283D569D368C5C3160C18B0654E8000000000000000
according to https://www.gs1us.org/tools/epc-encoder-decoder

Now I can't figure out from the user manual for this device how to write an extended EPC tag. Can someone please tell me what commands I need to send to get this information written into my RFID tag? I'm thinking I might have to change the PC word in order to make this happen (to extend the EPC data range to include part of the user memory) but I am not sure.
