FireBeetle Board-328P with BLE4.1

Hi, I want to do a project using the DA14681 processor and I'm wondering if the FireBeetle Board-328P with BLE4.1 lets me directly code the DA14681 or whether I can only program the ATMega328p?

If not, is there something else I can get to interact with the TEL0120 module directly?
