32x32 led matrix

The problem I have is
This is the first photo. It was taken when I put a code with the values of matrix.Color333(7, 7, 7) (white color).

This is the second photo. It was taken when I put a code with the values of matrix.Color333(0, 7, 7) (blue-ish color).

The second photo is problematic, since only the first half of the board has the right color (blue instead of white). I doubled checked the wiring and I don't think that it is the problem. Plus, the first photo worked well with the white color over all the board, so wiring of the RGB (high and low) is definitively not the problem.
Anyone have an idea how to repair this? Thank you!
