4-20 Current Loop Shield

Im looking for a 4-20mA Current Loop Shield to be used with the SIM808 GSM/GPRS/GPS Arduino IOT Board. Can someone point me out?

I want to solar power the whole system, so that the Current Loop monitors the Pressure of a tank and then sends it via UDP to my server.
