How to Connect Bluno to PC and Andriod as COM

For PC, you can plug a BLE link into your computer to receive bluno data.
But for android less than 4.3, I am afraid it doesn't support it now.
You know Google doesn't support BLE in those devices, you have to update them to 4.3+, if you want to use BLE. Grey.CC
