Is I2C LCD doubt?

Hi
I planning to buy I2C backpack connect to 16x2 LCD. However, the uno interface with V3 GPS/GPRS/GSM already. Mean its RX/TX is engaged right? Is that possible to connect the pins to I2C BACKPACK lcd AGAIN? But they need
define I2C_ADDR 0x27
#define BACKLIGHT_PIN 3
#define En_pin 2
#define Rw_pin 1
#define Rs_pin 0
#define D4_pin 4
#define D5_pin 5
#define D6_pin 6
#define D7_pin 7
So that is impossible to connect the engaged Tx/Rx right?
Thanks reply.=)

2015-01-28 21:15:28 Hi all,
i not sure how to upload pictures here, here not allow me upload it. I'd tried the 12V/1A too, the LED of STAT and NET are unlit too. I really curious how it to be since I use the 9V/350mA?! My module is belong to 1/2/2013 batch, is the board too "old" causes it easier to be damaged. I'm so disappointed and sad about it. :-\
Is Drobot provided any check up service for that in worldwide? I just bought it last year in August....

2015-01-28 19:00:00 for V3 youwill need the power supply, make sure it is at least the recommended. If current is not enough, unplug / disable everything else and good luck. Overheating might indicate damaged power circuit. do you have a picture of your setup?

2015-01-28 18:47:27 hi,
Urgent reply: insert your SIM card on V3 in correct way.plug the V3 on Uno Board, connect Uno to ur computer. if the PWR light Red, then follow the Guidance, i think you have done this before, to check if it's broken.
and for ur other questions:
1 V3 don't contain a buzzer as an indicator, we appreciate your kind suggestion, and in the next version, we will make some change.
2 the 8-pin keypad driver can connect with the normal keypad derrectively like this onehttps://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=450&search=keypad&description=true

2015-01-28 06:28:00 Hi,
May i ask why my V3 GPS/GPRS/GSM shield 's STAT and NET LED unlit (no respond) although there have power supply connect to them?? Previously, they work fine with my 9V/350mA power adapter. Today, it suddenly not work. I really worrying whether it get spoil due to overheat? Somehow the voltage regulator at the shield feel quite hot, but my power supply consider quite low copared to the forum recommended power amount.
Hope can hear your feedback soon. Urgently, I need it to rush my project.
Best regards,
jj

2015-01-28 05:17:22 Hi,
I see, thanks reply=)
Besides, I saw there have keypad driver on V3 GPS/GPRS/GSM shield, is a normal keypad can connect with it? Furthermore, I saw that have buzzer to indicate incoming call in V2 GPS/GPRS/GSM shield, is the V3 GPS/GPRS/GSM shield can have the same function? However, I tried called the inserted SIM card, that line was off.=(

2015-01-28 01:17:16 hi,
not long ago, i placed two boards on uno, one is https://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=788&search=6+axis&description=true&category_id=48, and another ishttps://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=673&search=gsm&description=true, owing to their address is different, so the TX/RX can be used for them both.
