AnalogRead gives unstable values

I am using LattePanda with Visual Studio along with Firmata library to measure temperature with LM35 sensor connected on Analog pin-1. But the output fluctuates +/-5 counts even if I connect analog pin to constant +5V. If I connect external Arduino board to LattePanda and readout the sensor value then that board works perfectly. How to get stable analog reading from LattePanda?
Please help me out of this.
