Q: Why is there no reaction after clicking the button Get Code?

A: The button will turn grey after clicking successfully, and you will see a countdown notification of the 60s.

If there is no reaction, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Please check if your email address has been registered or has directly used PayPal checkout to place an order before.

If yes, please click "Forgotten Password" to reset your password and then login. 

If not, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Kindly check if your browser installs an ad blocker.

If yes, please remove it and have a new try. Or we suggest that you use other browsers without ad blockers to register.

Step 3: If you still failed, we're sorry for the inconvenience and please contact [email protected] to solve the problem.

Q: What should I do after clicking the button "Get Code" but not receiving any verification code?

A: In normal cases, the code will be sent to you soon after clicking the button "Get Code", and it's effective within 30 minutes. Kindly check your spam folder if you haven't received it after 5 minutes. Q: Why does it indicate a verification error?

A: Please note that the code is effective within 30 minutes of receiving it. If the time is up, please get a new code. If it can't help, kindly contact [email protected] for assistance.
