Shipping Fees for Vortex

Thank you very much for supporting Vortex!!! !This is a short introduction of how to pay the shipping fee for Kickstarter reward.We strongly suggest you use Google Chrome for the followings. If you pledged ONE Vortex, the shipping fee is $15 for you, please check the URL for payment:

If you pledged TWE and above Vortex, the shipping fee is $20 for you, please check the URL for payment.

Q1?What is order number? Where can I see it?
A1: After you confirm your order, you will receive an email about your order detail information including your order number. You can also find your order in order history after you login our website.
 
Q2: Where can I check my order status? What do those status mean?
A2: You can check your status in order history.
After you confirm your order, your status will turn to “Pending” if you choose PayPal or “Waiting for TT” if you choose bank transfer.
When we receive your payment, your status will be “payment received”
When we begin to pack your package, your status will be “processing-packing”
After we send out your package, your status will be “shipped”
