Urgent Notice Regarding Fraudulent Letter

It has come to our attention that some of our customers have received letters that have allegedly been sent from DFRobot Billing. The letters state that we have undertaken some Paypal account problem and that we can't process your orders.

Please note that these letters have been forged by an external party and that we have not issued any correspondence to customers regarding a problem in Paypal payment.

If you receive one of these letters, please ignore the content and forward it on to [email protected] for our investigations. If you have provided your credit card information, please reset the password and contact your Bank of credit card ASAP to avoid any loss.

We will never request you to provide your credit card information. We can also assure you that DFRobot Paypal account is safe. If you have any doubt on your payment, please contact Paypal through help centre.
