RomeoV2 connection issue

My RomeoV2 isn't showing a serial port when connected via USB. I have reburned the bootloader using https://www.dfrobot.com/for... but still unable to detect a serial port at all. LED L1 is blinking as well as the red power LED is continuously on -is it bricked? I have tried 2 different USB cables but would appreciate any suggestions.

2018-07-19 17:11:44 Please try this method: when uploading the code, when the IDE shows uploading, press the reset. Check if it can solve the problem. robert.chen
