Questions regarding SIM7000C Arduino Shield.

I have a couple of questions regarding the SIM7000C Arduino NB-IOT Shield and hope you won't mind to help. Thanks!
1) What's the default baud rate of the shield?
2) I noticed that we will need to press the BOOT button manually after powered on the shield. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Glad to be able to help you. After I had a cup of coffee.
Default baud rate of the shield 19200. Of course you can set the baud rate From 115200 to 19200 by progarmming.
The BOOT Button is connected the D12 of the Arduino,You can pull up D12 for 2s to ON/OFF, SIM7000 ON will initialize to get ready to work in about 2s.
