Help With NB-IOT SIM7000 Shield

Hi

I have recently purchased the above shield

I am using a 4G sim

I am using an Adruino MEGA 2560

When i try and run the GetPosition Sketch ( the first sketch i have run for this shield) the serial monitor runs to Turn on SIM7000...... and it will not progress from there

I ma using the code from the Sim7000 Library

Can anyone please assist me with this

The Optus Mobile Network uses multiple frequencies (LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 MHz) to provide coverage. Your device will need to be unlocked and compatible with at least the 2100MHz, 2600MHz or 900MHz frequencies to be used with an amaysim SIM card.

Please first confirm whether your SIM band is include in the supported band. Because a lot of countries don't support it.
I'd like you to contact your local operator for help.
