Bought a couple of BLE 4.1 to be use on my own PCB but the usb interface keeps resetting, my TVS diodes has 5v rating. Do anyone know what is the exact rating of the TVS diode in reference schematic. I also didn't put the C14 and D5 btw. Thanks!

After reading your descrbtion. I think if you think that the hardware design is ok, you can look at the software program settings about the 2_2 and PIN2_1 multiplexing function and USB driver.
You can access this link https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/ ... U:_DFR0492 get more information about BLE 4.1 reference design.

Still having an issue with the usb restarting :( . Put a decoupling caps but still the same. I have just the usb port, 2pc 33ohms for each data line one tvs diode and the ble4.1

Although the voltage you measured is 3V, But I recommend you use 5.0V TVS, Because PC's USB port voltage is 5V.so that ,Module will not be damaged when connecting to a computer USB.

2018-09-19 09:41:09 Thanks for the reply! After reading the datasheet of that one it has same clamp voltage of my tvs which is 5V. I read the datasheet of the ble chip but I can't find where the max input on USB signal USB- and USB+. I measure the voltage on one of the line and it measures 3V. Does that mean the ble chip clamps it to 3V? or do I need a lower TVS like a 3V TVS. userHeadPic ghil.cacho

You can use TVS diodes XESD5VD923U on your design.
