Impedance Question on Gravity Analog Electrical Conductivity Sensor

Hi, I have a Gravity: Analog Electrical Conductivity Sensor SKU:DFR0300. This is the K=1 sensor.

I need to shorten the BNC cable for my application and was going to put a new BNC connector. Would a 50 ohm connector work or do I need 75 ohm? Also would the same one work for the other K models (the K=10, etc....)?
