Proper jumper cables for FireBeetle Board-328P & Gravity: VL53L0X ToF Laser Range Finder

Looking for advice on purchasing the proper jumper cables to connect . Laser Range Finder (Gravity: VL53L0X) to FireBeetle (Board-328P). I think these will work, but not sure: Breadboard Jumper Cables High Quality (30 Pack) (SKU:FI0154). Also, would like to confirm that this breadboard will work: Mini Bread Board Self Adhesive (SKU:FIT0008).
