Cannot connect BLE Gamepad V2 to PC

I just got a new V2 Gamepad. It works as a controller - I can use the device to control my Romeo BLE, but when I connect to a USB port on my Win 10 PC to do some AT commands, the PC does not recognize it as a USB device - is there a special driver for the Gamepad?
