Powering Bluno Nano via iPhone Wall Charger/Battery Pack

Hi,
Is the Bluno Nano capable of regulating the input Current/Voltage going to the device? I was thinking of powering it via a wall outlet to USB cable(similar to one used to charge a Galaxy phone), or a Li-Ion battery pack:
Wall Charger:

Battery Pack:

Will I need an IC Power Manager if I am to power it with either of these options?
Thanks!
