How do you burn the bootloader on the Bluno Beetle BLE?

I had a sketch die while uploading at 98% and now I can't get avrdude to talk to my Bluno Beetle BLE to upload a sketch (it just times out). Usually when that happens, you have to re-burn the bootloader. I tried re-flashing the firmware from the website (the hold boot while powering up method) but I'm assuming that just updates the cc2540 as that seems to still work and I have never stopped being able to see the device on bluetooth.

If anyone has any suggestions so as I can get this thing accepting downloads again, it would be greatly appreciated!
