Can't find the sensors I'm looking for (help!)

Hey all, I have been looking at the following motion sensors and I like all of them but I can't figure out which to buy:



- Fibaro Motion Sensor

- Aeotec 6-in-1 Motion Sensor

- Neo Coolcam z-wave multisensor

- Philips hue motion sensor



I am looking for something which is not battery powered (I don't want to check batteries every now and then and I already have power next to the place I want them). I also want them to be pet-friendly and would not mind the extra sensors (Light/Humidity/Temp).



Anyone have some suggestions on this please?
