5V PWM to 10V PWM

Does anyone know of a module or shield etc. to convert the 0-5V PWM Arduino output to 0-10V PWM? I would like to use an Arduino to drive a LED driver but most LED drivers use 0-10V PWM. I have seen schematics to build this with transistors but I am wondering if someone has already designed something to work with Arduino.
