PIR products

I am looking for PIR sensor for my project, and I have found 2 products but a little bit confused. They are (a) http://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route= ... uct_id=119 and (b) http://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route= ... ct_id=1140. What is the difference between those two in term of detecting person. I understand the functions of (b) which will be on when it detects person's movement in its range, and will be off when person is not in its range or person stays still. How about (a)? Is it always on if a person is still in its range without moving? Thank you.

Their detecting range are very close. but I prefer the small one (b), it is more sensitive.
And it will be off, if you are stay in its range without moving. but once you move, it will be detected. Grey.CC
