Advice regarding DFR0429

I was wondering if I can set specific angles of the shaft for this dc geared motor. The documentation talks about using PWM to control speed and direction of rotation and it also talks about 0-180 degrees setting, but I can't find conclusive references that would tell me how to set a given angle for the shaft. Can that be done (using Arduino)?
