Problems with DFplayer

a while ago I made a project with the dfplayer and arduino and I had no problem
now i want to do the same but using ad key mode
I want to use only 4 sounds, so I connected 4 buttons, one direct and others with 3k, 6.2k and 9.1k resistors.
The system works, but sometimes pressing a button plays the sound that corresponds to another button.
Is this error normal? What can it be and how can I solve it?
my other question is that the sounds don't play when i press the button, but when i release it, is there a way to change this and it activates when i press it?
