Solar Power Manager For 12V Lead-Acid Battery Questions

this product looks great and is well documented, but I'm still missing some things:
-The 12V output is unregulated, isn't it? So it's just a mosfet between the battery-voltage and the 12V output? Unregulated would be just what I'm looking for.
-How much power does the module need for itself? Especially when idle / in undervoltage protection? Just the 4mA?
-The overdischarge release voltage means: The output is turned back on after the voltage rised over 11,8V?
