Firebeetle - Gets wrong readings

I have a Firebeetle connected via USB to my computer, with a Sound Level Meter v1 (Gravity) connected on the VCC and GND ports of Firebeetle. The sensor operates on 3.3 to 5V.
The readings I get from Firebeetle are way off. With an Uno, I get something like 40dB, but with Firebeetle around 200dB, which is clearly wrong.
Is my Firebeetle broken, or am I missing something here??
