Question: Wich Servo-Motors are fast?

I need to build an arduino based robotic arm and I need to punch, meaning that I need it to have high velocity (or acceleration) rotation of the servo motors. I'm no that interested how heavy the robotic arm can lift, just that it moves fast 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254.
