How to change Lidar07 frame rate?

I also used the arduino to measure that the update speed was 45ms, but the specification says that it can reach 500hz. How to send commands through arduino to get faster frame rate? Thanks

Ground penetrating radar systems have a sampling rate setting, to determine the number of data samples captured per second. Higher sampling rate == higher data density, larger storage requirements, increased real-time computational requirements. So does our ultrasonic pulse echo system. I presume that any other similar reflection-based technology (radar, lidar, sonar, seismic, etc.) would use a similar model.
