Romeo BLE Mini not being detected by PC

I don't see it in the device manager and when I open the Arduino IDE I just see COM1 under port. I also tried plugging it into my laptop and I encounter the same issue.

Have you switch to another usb cable? Some usb cable can only do charging. You need to use a usb data cable.
