IoT board wont power on

I have just purchased a IoT board from dfrobots and connected my cm4.

When inserting the power usb, no LED's light up and it seems the IoT board is dead.

I have tried multiple cables and power supplies and its the same for everything (confirmed cables work with a pi4)

Not sure how to troubleshoot this as it seems no power is getting to the board at all.

Any ideas?

1. Please check that your CM4 module is connected to the IoT board in the correct direction, that there are no foreign objects blocking the connector, and that it is installed in place

2. Please check that your USB cable is connected to the POWER USB-C (on the same side as the network connecter) and that the other USB-C can only provide power to the outside.

It is recommended to use USB-A to C cable to avoid some compatibility problems.

3. If you have the tools, you can measure the voltage (5V, 3.3V) on the GPIO and send it to the [email protected], they will help you to use the IoT board or provide RMA for you.
