Small display options?

I'm thinking of putting together a handheld build with a LattePanda (maybe an Alpha if I can score a deal, potentially a Delta 3 if performance/efficiency is good) and I wanted to know what options I have for small displays (6" and under), ideally 640x480. Don't need or particularly want touch as I'll likely be strapped for battery already and if I can trim it it's getting trimmed.

What products are you making?
Does the product have to use a smaller screen?
