Fermion: SHT30 Digital Temperature & Humidity Sensor (Breakout)SKU:SEN0330 using I2c as communication protocol. We provide libraries in ArduinoC and python. Please kindly check whether your board support it or not.

If it doesn't support the sensor, you may have to develop your own library, see the datasheet below.
