lower inpout voltage on Sen0104 (Mini touch kit)

I see the Sen0104 work at 3.3volt to 5.0 volt , but on the TTP223-BA6 datasheet I see this component can work at 3.0 volt.
So my question is: it's possible to change the minimum work voltage at 3.0 volt instead of 3.3 volt ?
