In this website there are links for downloading the windows images. Anyway, I cannot access them because I get an “Access denied”-Message. Can anyone provide me the windows image for x86 version for z8300 2GB+32GB ?

You can download the windows os image for LattePanda V1 - The Smallest Windows 10 Single Board Computer with Win10 Home License (2GB/32GB) here.
The link in the troubleshooting pages has some problems, I find this one in the user guide.
