Turning servo based on intensity of EMG reading

Hi, I want to build a project using the DFRobot Analog EMG sensor and an Arduino nano to move a servo from 0 to 180 degrees based on how high the EMG readings are. Could anyone modify the code from this https://github.com/Robert-MARKII/Document/blob/master/code.ino so that it could fit my project? I would really appreciate it
