Newbie Question

I'm hoping that someone has experience using the DFRobot HuskyLens and wouldn't mind answering some potentially dumb questions. My background is in engineering and medicine but I am not familiar with AI-related stuff at all.

I know that the HuskyLens can only be used to identify 20 preprogrammed objects as of right now. Is there a way to modify it so that it could potentially recognize other objects (for example, blood cells or different bones in the body)? If so, could someone direct me towards some resources on how to do that? Thanks!
