experience with the DFRobot 7" touchscreen

The touch overlay doesn't seem to be working. Raspi 3B+ with the official power supply, but the lower half of the screen doesn't seem to be responding. Downloaded libts_bin and ran ts_calibrate, but couldn't get the touchscreen to take samples in the lower half. Can't find decent info on troubleshooting it.
Anyone have one/have similar problems?

I haven't rotated the output. I'll try rotating it in case there was some issue during setup - I've tried bothe Raspbian 32 and Raspbian 64 with the same issue.

Unfortunately, I haven't been https://www.developerbook.net/ able to find the data sheet - DFRobots links go to very surface level setup stuff, and Mouser just links to https://chatrandom.download a brochure.
