How to get a board replacement?

Hi there, I purchased a LattePanda 2/32 package in Feb and the system has stopped functioning. I have reinstalled the system image and tried hard resetting, etc...all the typical fixes, and nothing has worked. The system is stuck in a loop saying it is "automatically repairing" but then reboots and starts over.
I believe the board needs replacement. How do I go about resolving this issue?
