Micro gear motor with gravity interface.

Hello one and all,

I am new here so, not sure I am in the right place, or if it has been answered before.

I have stepper motors (28BYJ-48 & others), dc motors (RS Components) and servo motors ( SG90 & heavier models) working with the Arduino platform.

I now have a DFRobot micro gear motor with gravity interface. 3 wires from motor base Red Black and Green.

It is connected to a uno as the info on-   https://wiki.dfrobot.com/DC_Micro_Metal_Gear_Motor_75_1_w_Driver_SKU__DFR0399  -suggests with software also.

The motor just makes clicking sound and does not move!

Tried with different boards (Arduino mini, Teensy 4.0) and different “Servo” Libraries with no success.

I think I am missing the obvious here, but it continues to elude me.

Seems an odd way to control a standard motor??

Anyone who can help please respond and help me keep my sanity!

Thanking you all

VeeBee
