V2 SKU SEN0344 - No RED LED.

I have bought 6pc of Heart_Rate_and_Oximeter_Sensor_V2_SKU_SEN0344. After connecting it to ESP32 D1 Mini with I2C bus, I am not getting any reading. There is also no RED Led is turned on. I have already used MAX30102 Chip before. But I want to use it because of the embedded algorythim. Should the board automatically initialize and turn on the red led. In the code I do not find anything to turn on the led.

I need a solution as soon as possible. Can you please look into the board and let me know how to fix it. I am using following code:
